MICHAEL T. BUONOCORE

Michael Buonocore is a Partner at the Lynch Law Firm, PC and a Certified Civil Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey, an honor held by less than 3% of attorneys in the state. He focuses his practice on representing injured clients and has successfully recovered millions on their behalf.


Since joining the firm in December 2019, Michael has achieved numerous six- and seven-figure settlements, including a $1,000,000 settlement for a client who underwent cervical fusion surgery following a motor vehicle accident, and an $850,000 settlement for a client who required lumbar fusion surgery after a similar incident.


Prior to joining the Lynch Law Firm, Michael served as trial counsel for a major insurance company, providing him with deep insight into the strategies used by insurers in injury litigation. His background gives him a distinct edge in the courtroom and in negotiations.

Michael has been invited to speak at multiple seminars on trial practice and advocacy, and his trial experience, preparation, and tenacity have earned him a reputation as a skilled and dedicated advocate for his clients.


He is a graduate of Pascack Valley High School, Susquehanna University, and the University of Massachusetts School of Law. A former athlete, Michael was a two-time all-league football player in high school and was inducted into Susquehanna’s Football Ring of Honor for his role in the 2009 Liberty League Championship. He attributes his relentless work ethic and team-first approach to his athletic roots.
