STEVEN I. HEYLIGERS

Mr. Steven I. Heyligers is a highly accomplished trial attorney and seasoned personal injury attorney who represents victims of catastrophic personal injury losses and the families of loved ones who died as a result of wrongful death.


Prior to joining the Lynch Law Firm, PC, Mr. Steven I. Heyligers spent many years representing defendants and insurance companies in high-exposure personal injury matters. Now, as a dedicated personal injury attorney, his decision to begin representing plaintiffs stemmed from a genuine desire to help individuals rather than corporations. He makes it his priority to treat all of his clients as if they are his only client.


Mr. Steven I. Heyligers is admitted to practice law in the courts of the states of New Jersey and New York, as well as the federal courts in the District of New Jersey, Southern District of New York, and Eastern District of New York. A dedicated personal injury attorney, Mr. Heyligers graduated from the University of Vermont and earned his J.D. from The Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. Prior to attending law school, he worked for YAI/National Institute for People with Disabilities and in the litigation department of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. While in law school, Mr. Heyligers held several notable internships, including one with the Honorable Ellen R. Greenberg.


Heyligers resides in Bergen County, New Jersey with his wife Michelle and their two children.
