Antonio S. Grillo, Esq. (“Tony”) is a seasoned personal injury attorney with over three decades of experience representing individuals who have been injured due to the negligence of others. By joining the Lynch Law Firm, he brings extensive trial experience, strategic insight, and a long-standing commitment to achieving meaningful results for his clients.
Tony handles a broad range of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle and trucking accidents, bicycle accidents, premises liability claims, and dog bite cases. Over the course of his career, he has successfully recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients through negotiated settlements, arbitrations, and trial verdicts. Tony has tried numerous cases in various jurisdictions and is known for his ability to effectively present complex cases to judges and juries while anticipating and countering defense strategies.
Tony began his legal career as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of New York. He later spent nearly two decades as a senior trial attorney and partner with a nationally recognized plaintiff’s personal injury firm, where he developed a reputation for strong courtroom advocacy and consistent positive results for his clients. His experience provides him with a well-rounded perspective in evaluating claims and positioning cases for maximum recovery.
Tony earned his Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, graduating cum laude, and his Bachelor of Science degree from St. John’s University, where he graduated magna cum laude.
Tony is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
